When my insurance company asked me to remediate some algae on the roof for them to insure me going forward I thought it was going to be an awful process to get done. I was so impressed with Frank and Lisa (owners of Doctor Roof N’ Shine) that we asked them to power wash the whole house while they were doing the roof. Now for the first time in 2 years of owning the house it’s white again! Simply amazing job and I look forward to having them come out at least once a year to power wash going forward – it looks too good now to let it go like I did previously, and with how reasonable the price was I no longer have an excuse. I asked for quotes from 3 other roof cleaners and Frank and Lisa were the best price of them all, which is amazing because they were also the quickest to turnaround a quote and explain the process to me. If you’re reading this review don’t put off the work like I did, and don’t waste your time like I did waiting for a week to have other companies to get back to me – Frank and Lisa are simply the best!

Frank contacted me almost immediately and came out within days to provide a reasonable quote. I had my house and detached garage roofs cleaned. Frank’s explanation of the soft wash process and the time it would take to kill all the heavier mold roots were very helpful. Frank also offered to return if all the heavier mold is not gone to my satisfaction. I just have to wait and let the cleaner do it’s job, much better for my roof than high pressure or extensive bleach formula that others provide. Based on their work, prompt as scheduled service, I have no problem recommending Doctor Roof N Shine.

I just want to thank you again for the job you did on my roof, house, windows, gutters and deck. As you could tell by the amount of leaves you removed from the gutters, we get very little sun on the house and this caused a lot of mold and moss to grow on the roof shingles. What you don’t know is that I am allergic to mold, mildew, and tree spores and have suffered for months with headaches and congestion. The mold and moss was visible on the gambrel roof outside my bedroom window, so I know it was probably making me sick, however, I just can’t believe how much better I felt the FIRST night after the roof was cleaned. I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in months.
